March 2019 Fishing Report

Fishing in Key West is a great way to spend time on the water. The challenge and excitement of deep sea fishing in Key West is only one part of the adventure.

There are many pieces to the puzzle for a day of fishing. You make the fishing reservation, travel to Key West, arrive at the boat, track down the fish and catch them.  At the dock I clean the fish, bag the fillets and put them on ice. 

It’s now time for one of the best pieces of the puzzle, cook and eat your catch. Some prefer to have a restaurant cook. Others choose to cook at their vacation rental. Whichever you prefer the taste of fresh fish (you caught) is amazing. I would be happy to share my favorite recipes with you.
