All Trips Must Be Paid In Full In Advance Of The Scheduled Date.

Please Specify What Type Of Fishing You Would Like To Concentrate On Before Your Scheduled Date. The Captain reserves the right to change this at anytime due to various conditions.
If Paying Cash Then A $125.00 Deposit Is Required.
All Cancellations Must Be At Least 30 DAYS Prior To Scheduled Charter Or Your Deposit Will Not Be Returned and a rain check will be given.
If The Captain Cancels For Any Reason, Weather or Mechanical, Your Fee Will Be Returned.
By Paying For The Fishing Trip You Are Agreeing To Take Full Responsibility For Any Injuries, Damages Or Negligence While On Captain Pat's Boat Or The Property Where It Is Docked. Captain Pat, Any Captain Working For Captain Pat Or The Owner Of The Business Or Property Where The Boat Is Docked Are Not Responsible For Any Injuries, Damages Or Negligence In Any Way. You Also Agree That You May Not Recover Any Damages Or Money As A result Of A Lawsuit Against Captain Pat, Anyone Working For Captain Pat Or The Owner Of The Business Or Property Where The Boat Is Docked. You Are Responsible For The Safe Keeping Of All Items You Bring On Board Or On The Property Where The Boat Is Docked.
